Extension of EIS and VCT ‘sunset clause’

Further to our update of 21 August reporting that the European Commission had confirmed that it had no objections to the prolongation of the EIS and VCT schemes, we are pleased to advise that the relevant Treasury Order has been laid before Parliament in a Statutory Instrument dated 3 September 2024
